Visit to Jiemy Najib's Nursery

I really wanted to visit the nursery at Paroi since many years. Ironically, it is just 5 minutes from home, haha! Nowadays, Bain's son, Jiemy is managing this small orchid nursery. I was better than before and sure the wild orchids are still coming in from Jelebu and some imported ones from Indonesia.

Nothing to do this weekend, just replanting the cattleyas and repotting some orchids. It was hot for few weeks already. Hoping for rain by this Chinese New Year. Did some crossings;

E. cordigera var alba (2) - seedpod burst and 1 is OK - 23/8 / PLUCKED 12/9 FOR FLASKING

W. amazonica x E. cordigera (1 tali rafia) - FAILED
C. nobilior x self (2) - cut and throw away

D. anosmum alba x D. sulawesi (1 tali) - OK (26/2) but false seedpod - 23/8
